A contact is a single person that you store in your Loopify account. The contact receives the communication you send.

We invoice your license monthly and in advance, based on your current number of contacts.
No, all prices are displayed excluding VAT. Our Norwegian customers will be invoiced in NOK including VAT. Loopify customers in other countries will be invoiced without it. However, if there are changes in the law regarding VAT rates and rules, Loopify customers in other countries may be invoiced with VAT.
You must be an Account Owner to manage the billing details. Go into the Settings page > Details and billing > Company information & licenses and click on the Update billing details like VAT number. This is where you can edit your invoice details like the address and VAT number.
For emails, you can send up to 10x the number of your contacts per month. If you send more than this, we will calculate as if you are sending to a larger number of contacts. This means that the next month you will be invoiced for a higher contact volume.
For example, if you have a Team license with 1000 contacts in your account, you can send up to 10 000 emails per month and pay $99/mo. In case you send more than 10 000 emails, next month, you'll be invoiced as you are sending to 2500 contacts at $199/mo.
We don't upgrade your account; we just invoice you for going over the sending volume for as long as you go over it. This means that when you reduce your sending volume back to 10 000 emails a month, you'll receive your regular invoice for 1000 contacts. SMS and print documents are charged additionally per SMS and document. For more info, read up how we calculate SMS and Print prices.
You can see our real-time prices right here. Select the currency and the country where you wish to send your messages and you’ll get the price per SMS. Prices are updated regularly based on market changes.

We use credits for the payment of SMS and Print (PDF creation). This is basically a pre-paid cash balance in your selected currency. You can buy credits manually in the system or set up an automatic refilling to never run out of credits.
You need to be an Account Owner to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account. However, you'll be automatically upgraded or downgraded based on your number of contacts. You can choose to upgrade to another pricing plan (TEAM, PRO, MAGIC) anytime. If you wish to downgrade from one pricing plan to another, contact our Support team at support@loopify.com. Both the upgrade and downgrade licenses will be invoiced at the beginning of the next month. If you downgrade by deleting some contacts, the changes will take effect after 30 days. In this case, you'll receive the downgrade invoice the month after next.
To cancel the account, both Free and Paid Account Owners need to go into the Settings page > Details and billing > Company information & licenses and click the link at the bottom. Free accounts will be immediately and permanently terminated, and all data will be deleted. For Paid accounts, you need to click to send a pre-filled email to our Support, and we'll handle it from there.
